Bruce Total Wellness is a cash-only practice. This allows us to provide personalized care, longer appointments, and treatments insurance often won't cover (like GLP-1s for weight loss). Many clients find our pricing comparable to high-deductible plans—and you get better care. Your lab work can often be billed through your insurance. You may be able to utilize your insurance for labs and some medications. We accept all major credit cards in addition to HSA/FSA. 

Virtual appointments can be scheduled:

Wednesday: 10am - 6pm CST

Friday:  12pm - 3pm CST

Saturday: 9am-12pm CST

In-Person initial visits are available on Wednesdays from 10am-2pm CST at 10544 S. Harlem Ave, Suite 208, Palos Hills, IL. 

If your availability does not fall during our normal business hours, please fill out the "Contact Us" form and we will coordinate a time that works for both parties. 

Most appointments are via secure telehealth video calls. If you're in the Chicago area and prefer in-person visits, we can arrange that. Labs are done at any Quest or LabCorp located near you or a lab of your choice.

Step 1: Clients sign up for a free discovery call at https://BruceTotalWellness.intakeq.com/booking  

Step 2: If we are a good fit, complete the emailed paperwork prior to your appointment. As applicable, you will receive a lab order so that the provider may have results prior to your visit

Step 3: Complete labs. Provider will let you know when results have been received and will send link to schedule provider visit. Plan of care will be implemented and any prescribed medications will be discussed and ordered upon payment completion

Step 4: Receive medication! Schedule follow-up appointment as discussed

Step 5: Implement plan of care and start seeing desired results!

Yes! We provide prescriptions for Wegovy, Zepbound and liraglutide. In special circumstances, we are able to order patient specific dosages from compounding pharmacies. 

Weight Loss: $497 first month, then $397/month ongoing 

Hormone Therapy (TRT/HRT): $297 first month, then $197/month ongoing 

Labs are separate (approximately $100-$250) and can often be billed through insurance.

Yes. All programs require a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure proper treatment and results. After 3 months, you can continue month-to-month or cancel with 14 days notice.

If you're following the protocol and not seeing progress, we'll adjust your plan—different medications, dosage changes, or addressing other factors. The goal is to find what works for YOUR body, which is why we need at least 3 months to properly optimize. Please be advised, there is a small subset of people which may be resistant to some of the prescribed medications; but we'll work together to get this figured out and adjust as needed. 

You get a dedicated board-certified Nurse Practitioner who manages your entire care—not algorithms or rotating providers. Your treatment is customized based on YOUR response and progress, and you have direct messaging access between visits. It's personalized medicine, not automated prescriptions.
