This is for clients who have completed the Discovery Call and would like to move forward with improving their wellness. Client interview will be completed, including medical/surgical history, current client status, program review, and client goals. Client will receive order for lab work. $50 Deposit required for booking. If you enroll, $100 goes towards your first month's cost.

****This is a 3 month program. Payment plan allows for monthly payments. Labs must be completed prior to ordering of prescription medication.****

This includes: 2 monthly provider visits, one-time nutritional consult, monthly weight loss medication, one-time sample nutritional plan, exercise coaching, and one-time 30 day supply of high potency multivitamins.

****Must enroll for 3 month minimum (price is charged monthly). Labs must be completed prior to ordering of prescription medication.****

This includes: 2 monthly provider visits, one-time nutritional consult, monthly hormone medication(s) (progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, enclomiphene, etc), exercise coaching, and one-time 30 day supply of high potency multivitamins.

This includes a 25 minute follow-up visit and one vial of weight loss medication with supplies.

This is for patients who have graduated from their weight loss or hormone optimization program and have entered the maintenance phase and only require minor medication adjustments and would like to start to explore any other treatment options. 

For patients who do not have private insurance or wish to pay cash for lab services. Lab orders can include: Comprehensive or Basic Metabolic Panel, Complete Blood Count, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Panel, testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, and per provider recommendation.
